Privacy Policy

Panurgy Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us when you call our CallFlow voicemail transcription demonstration line.

1. Information Collection

When you call our demonstration line and leave a voicemail, we temporarily collect your mobile phone number and audio recording to provide a text transcription. During the call, you are asked whether you want the transcript sent to you by text message, and you must say that you do. We collect your mobile phone number for SMS, and keep a record of your consent, only when you give that consent. We do not collect phone numbers for SMS through web forms, purchased lists, or any other source.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly to deliver the service you requested: a one-time automated text message containing the transcription of your voicemail. We do not use your mobile phone number to send marketing or promotional text messages.

3. Strict Protection of SMS and Opt-In Data

We value your privacy above all else. Your mobile information is safe with us. No mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or personal consent information will be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

4. Opt-Out and Support

You can cancel our SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to the text message you received from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive a transcript again, call the demonstration line and say that you want the transcript, as you did the first time.
